**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our building materials and solutions to potential clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends,





competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and standards.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- **Industry Networking**: Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network.
- **Experience**: 3-10 years of outdoor sales experience,





preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Driving License**: A valid UAE driving license is required.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
