Al Maraseem Vacation Homes Rental LLC. is a leading provider of holiday homes in Dubai, dedicated to offering exceptional experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Holiday Homes Operations to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of holiday homes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Maintain and improve property standards to meet guest expectations.
- Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct property inspections and implement necessary improvements regularly
- Marketing research trends and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote holiday homes and increase bookings.
- Lead generation of potential owners to sign a contract under Holiday Homes
- Assist with the accounts by preparing invoicess, landlord statement, payables and receivables.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing holiday homes or similar properties.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and market trends in Dubai's holiday homes sector.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Holiday Homes Management in Dubai: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- Can speak either Arabic, English and Asian Language
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
