Job Title: Operations Manager - Holiday Home
Work /Location: Hybrid

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the daily operations of holiday homes, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, including housekeepers, maintenance personnel, and customer service representatives.
Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Monitor property listings, pricing, and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure a positive and memorable stay.
Oversee property maintenance,
repairs, and inspections to ensure the homes are in top condition.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and improve the guest experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in holiday home operations in the Dubai market.
Strong knowledge of the local holiday home regulations and market trends.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
