Job description
Required MALE SUPERVISOR for a company with the following Responsibilities:
1. The applicant should have previous experience in a cleaning environment.
2. Will be reporting to the Operations Manager.
3. To have complete knowledge of how to operate all cleaning equipment and machinery.
4. Monitor all cleaning chemicals and machinery allocated in each boutique.
5. Supervise all the Boutiques, Residential department, Commercial department, F&B; locations, retail, and so on.
6. Monitor all the areas if cleaned as per company standard.
7. Establish and maintain staff schedules.
8. Maintain staff attendance logs and do daily worksheets and KPI’s for submission to the OPERATIONS MANAGER every week.
9.
To monitor staffs hygiene such as UNIFORMS, APRONS, BAGS, SHOES, HAIRCUT, NAILS, BRACELETS, AND EARRINGS.
10. Handle all client queries, complaints, and comments to ensure client satisfaction in a timely manner.
11. You are required to be very creative and alternate thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems.
12. To be pleased with the staff on the job and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude.
13. You should ideally have basic office skills and good interpersonal skills.
14. Good command of written and spoken English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essentials.
15. You will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
16. Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
17. SALARY WILL BE DISCUSS UPON INTERVIEW
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Experience:
supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
Pay: AED10.00 - AED20.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- cleaner: 3 years (preferred)
