As a Real Estate Sales Agent at MHM Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting buyers and sellers with their ideal properties. **Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition and Relationship Building**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their real estate needs.
2. **Property Listing and Marketing**:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values.
- Create compelling property listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
3. **Property Showings and Negotiations**:
- Conduct property showings for potential buyers.
- Negotiate and facilitate successful transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Provide guidance to clients on market conditions and pricing.
4. **Documentation and Closing**:
- Prepare and review sales agreements, purchase contracts, and other documentation.
- Ensure smooth and timely closing of real estate transactions.
5. **Stay Informed and Compliant**:
- Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions, and emerging trends.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or relevant role.
- Valid Real Estate Broker license issued by RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: From AED250,000.00 per year
