**Specific Responsibilities**
As a Digital Marketing Executive,
we are expecting the following contribution from you.
1. Social media management - creation of images, writing caption and posting on all the social media platforms.
2. Organic and Paid social media activities. Paid Ads on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn etc.
4. Liaise with Development team for website development and end to end maintenance. Responsible for creating website, QA and making live
5. Lead generation activities through social media activities and coordinating with sales for closure.
6. Responsible for managing all the campaigns planned for the entire year right from planning, execution and reporting
7. Responsible for managing all the digital properties like Website, Marketing Automation Platform, CRM, Wikipedia, Blog.
8. Making sure website is up-to-date with all the information and handling press releases.
9. Creation and activation of events, webinars, webcasts for upcoming programs in and Zoom synchronization.
10. Preparation of reports for the performance of campaigns.

Creation of SOPs and training materials of the processes as well as the tools used.
12. Auditing the work done by the team and keeping an eye on the campaign performance.
13. Responsible for accurate, complete, & timely back office support to company and its associates.
14. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
15. Manage all digital marketing channels.
16. Measure ROI and KPIs.
17. Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.
18. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
19. Build an inbound marketing plan.
20. Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
21. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
22.
Overall responsibility including but not limited to monitoring & coordination and above mentioned work between all the group companies for social media and website management.
23. Performing any other duties delegated by CEO from time to time.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
