**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the overall operations of holiday home properties, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure that all properties are well-maintained, clean, and comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee property finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to achieve financial objectives.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue.
- Recruit, train, and supervise property staff,
providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations and enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain open communication and cultivate strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Utilize property management software and other technology tools to manage reservations, track performance metrics, and streamline operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in hospitality management, property operations, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
