In 2022, Dubai Holding Asset Managementâs retail destinations collectively attracted over 28 million visitors and hosted over 75 events across the portfolio.

Dubai Asset Management maintains a substantial presence in Dubai with a leasing

portfolio of 15 distinct residential communities, elevating the cityâs global recognition as one of the most desirable and liveable destinations worldwide.

About the Job :

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager â Programming & Destination Management to join Dubai Design District . The Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of key activities within the team to establish d3 as a design destination globally by enhancing the experience,





brand awareness and attractiveness of d3 by supporting d3 outreach, branding, and marketing objectives.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role :

Destination Management

- Prepare the scope of work and ensure that all campaigns / community events / activations commence with a robust written brief and approved budget and that all stakeholders are clear on the project deliverables / KPIâs, and resources required to complete the project.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager on the development, planning and implementation of corporate driven campaigns that support the overall goals and objectives of the d3 brand
- Support the Programming and Destination Management Director and Marketing Manager on the development of d3 brand related marketing collateral used to support d3âs brand objectives.







Ensuring that both internal and external users understand and adhere to the brand guidelines.

- Responsible for the onsite branding, way finding, and general site beautification as per internal guidelines that helps support d3 as a destination for design, as well as ensuring enhancing the customer journey within d3
- Ensure that the onsite branding and way finding across the district is kept up to date, relevant and enhances the overall look and feel of d3
- Support the marketing team with ideas and suggestions for content development.
- Identify and recommend functions or conferences, events and exhibitions and lead generation opportunities for the d3 and Business Partners to establish strong ties and marketing channels.






- Work closely with the Digital team to advise on and suggest content relevant for social media based on the events plan that d3 is operating.

Art & Design Curation

- Acquire and maintain mastery of the art and design collectibles industry, with strong insight into regional design, in order to identify optimal investments for d3âs art and design collection.
- Regularly update the art and design curation list and ensure all pieces are correctly and accurately documented and filed.

Ensure that all the curated pieces are kept clean, tidy and in good working order

- Identify, select, care management and insurance for valuable installations and artwork throughout the development.
- Identify and actively work on developing the design curation across the district,





ensuring that all teams are kept updated about new installations and the existing ones

Outreach

- Ensure all d3 communication channels are up to date and relevant, and that the all-consumer touch points are constantly updated
- Work closely with the d3 incumbent PR and Social Media agencies to ensure each are delivering against their objectives, supporting the business in line with their agreed objectives, are regularly updated and that all communication requests are briefed in and delivered in their entirety
- Contribute to the development of communication material to support all the programming and events that take place at d3 and ensures that the d3 team are properly briefed on all projects






- Edits and manages the PR and Social Media Calendars to ensure all content is updated in a timely manner and that all PR is covered and reported
- Collaborate closely with the PRM, Retail and FM teams to ensure that all communication requests are met
- Support the Director Programming & Outreach with drafting and putting together the monthly newsletter that is distributed to the d3 community and public databases
- Receives and manages communication requests from business partners and retailers and ensures that they are politely and effectively communicated to

About you :

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and

qualifications :

- UAE National as per government requirements.
- Bachelor in Marketing / Art / Design or equivalent
- Minimum 6-8 yearsâ experience in a related field.






- Regional art or design industry experience.
- Event production and operations.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with a creative approach.
