**Your day to day**:
*** - Engages in and supervises the cleaning of kitchen and equipment - Supervises the receiving and storage of kitchen goods - Supervises the handling of kitchen linen - During the shift, oversees the preparation of kitchen equipment for use - Responsible for supervising the stewarding operation during shift and for cleaning and maintaining food and beverage premises to high hygienic standards. - Supervises the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment - Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. - Supervises the cleaning of an hygienic kitchen - In absence of Chief Steward conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known - Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs - Supervises the removal of waste - Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces** hygiene standards for team - Supervises the cleaning of the premises**
**What we need from you**
*** - Demonstrated ability to interact with customers,
employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. - 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. - Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency. - Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field.**
