**Job Summary: Telecom - Etisalat**

**Key Responsibilities**:Business Development and Lead Generation**:
- Actively **identify and target new customers** and untapped markets.
- **Work independently** to generate leads through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
- Develop and implement **strategic sales plans** to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Maintain a **consistent pipeline** of potential business opportunities.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and foster **strong, lasting relationships** with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements to provide **tailored solutions** and drive customer satisfaction.
- Proactively manage and **resolve client inquiries** to ensure smooth sales processes.
**Sales Presentations and Closing Deals**:
- Create and deliver **compelling presentations** to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and **effectively close deals** to meet targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a **seamless onboarding process** for new clients.
**Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Consistently meet or **exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets**.
- Track performance metrics and provide **regular sales reports** to management.
- **Adjust sales strategies** based on feedback from clients and market trends.
**Industry and Product Expertise**:
- Stay updated with **market trends, competitors, and industry innovations**.
- Develop and maintain **in-depth product knowledge** to offer clients the best solutions.
- Provide valuable feedback to the **product development team** based on market needs.
**Team Collaboration and Strategic Planning**:
- Work closely with the **marketing team** to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with **customer service and operations** teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Actively participate in team discussions to **shape and refine the overall sales strategy**.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a **Sales Executive or in a relevant role**.
- **A proactive approach to sales** with the ability to **work independently** and hunt for new business.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Previous experience in the telecom sector** is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of **Excel and CRM tools**.
**Work Environment**:
- This role **requires travel** to meet with clients and attend relevant events.
