We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our social media and marketing campaigns to reach our target audience and achieve our business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, insights,
and opportunities in the industry and adjust campaigns and messaging accordingly.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to inform and improve our marketing strategy.
**Requirements to apply**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media and/or marketing coordination.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
