**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers to develop authentic collaborations that align with our brand values and objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms.
- Master the brand’s tone of voice and translate it into engaging social media content.
- Create and manage high-quality photo and video content for the brand’s social media accounts.
- Research trends in social networks and adapt them to align with the brand's values.
- Identify and onboard new content creators whose audience demographics match our target market,





ensuring a diverse and effective network of partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to align influencer partnerships with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing strategies to continually optimize our approach.
- Create visually compelling designs using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator) that align with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives.
- Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Vet influencer profiles and recruit influencers for campaigns, managing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Build a network of talent resources, preferably with existing contacts.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Create an advanced influencer content calendar to drive brand awareness and engagement continuously.
- Translate content and campaign briefs into Arabic.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,





Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic will be plus.
