**Required Qualifications**:
- Full-time role with previous on-the-road sales experience (Hair colors).
- Ideal background from the hair and beauty industry - act as an expert in the salon
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with numeracy proficiency.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven, with the ability to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build customer intelligence and network strongly across professional salons.
- Monitor and report on account performance against growth targets.
- Proficiency in negotiation, selling techniques, and sales fundamentals.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build and nurture business relationships.
- Strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills.
- Effective working as part of a team while self-motivated to work alone.
- Professional attitude and ability to liaise with internal departments while working remotely.
