Sales Co-ordinator/ Customer Service

Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Keep an updated customer database
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document calls and sales.
- Helping the sales team by contacting customers for sales, deliveries and arranging appointments.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements,





and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff
- Entering order information into the company database
- Answering Client questions regarding their account or sales products

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree or a related field.
- 2 or more years’ experience in sales and tele sales.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy - MUST.
- Good administrative,organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask,





work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales coordinator: 2 years (preferred)
- Tele sales, back office operation: 2 years (preferred)






- Sales or administrative: 3 years (preferred)
- Preparation of Proposals: 2 years (preferred)
- Ms office, ERP: 2 years (preferred)
