**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in cake, ganache, cream preparation process
- Baking and preparing cakes, cookies biscuits and bread items
- Preparing pastry line for miss en place
- Assisting other Chefs
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

**Attitude**:

- Basic knowledge of all sections
- Ability to work under supervision of a limited range
- Ability to produce good quality basic food
- Understanding of health and safety
- Understanding of basic food hygiene practices
- Good oral communication
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a team
- Excellent knowledge of basic techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create and execute a variety of dishes & recipes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
