Are you a motivated and experienced real estate agent with a passion for the secondary market? We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team, focusing on the thriving Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) area.
**50-70% commission ( No basic salary).**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and close rental and sales transactions in the secondary market, with a focus on the JVC area.
- Provide clients with expert advice and personalized solutions to meet their real estate needs.
- Maintain and update property listings on all major portals.
- Work closely with our hyperactive admin staff to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Utilize company-provided leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to build and nurture client relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in the secondary market (Rentals/Sales).
- Proven track record of successful deals, with the ability to provide evidence of past transactions.
- Familiarity with the JVC area is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
