Your Day to Day
Are you a pastry and bakery expert with a passion for creating sweet masterpieces
We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team! In this role, you'll get to whip up everything from delicate pastries to freshly baked bread, while showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
You'll be responsible for managing the pastry and bakery section, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every dessert and baked item delights our guests;
utilizing your creativity to ensure both efficiency and productivity in daily operations.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts with great attention to detail.
Ensuring consistency in the quality, flavour, and presentation of all baked goods will be a crucial part of your role. You will train, mentor,
and guide colleagues in your section, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
In addition, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation areas comply with health regulations.
