An Aesthetic/Cosmetics nurse perform many non-surgical procedures and therapeutics to assist patients in their cosmetic appearance. They assess patient's response to treatments and educate patients on aftercare. They may focus on procedures such as anti-aging fillers and injectables, dermabrasion, acne treatments, and laser removal.
Aesthetic Nurse - Registered Nurse skills and qualifications:
- RNs need to be organized as they often care for a number of patients at the same time
- A kind and compassionate RN will be considerate, sympathetic, non-judgemental and can comfort the patient.
- A vital skill for an RNs is to be able to interact well with patients, coworkers and doctors.
Communication skills are essential for good interaction.
- Patience will help an RN to cope with anxiety, misunderstandings and help to make good decisions.
- Dedication will help an RN to keep improving their skills and be committed to the patients.
- An RN spends long hours on their feet, requiring stamina. The job also requires physical strength when lifting and helping patients.
- An RN must be able to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation.
Training & Experience:
Aesthetic nurses receive most of their training on the job. They may work under the supervision of a registered nurse or aesthetician until they are comfortable enough to work on their own.
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- nursing (preferred)
- derma (preferred)
**Language**:
- english (preferred)
- arabic (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Eligibility letter or DHA (preferred)
- laser certificate (preferred)
