**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver drum and guitar lessons to meet the needs and abilities of students.
- Inspire students to develop their musical abilities and appreciate various genres and styles of music.
- Help students develop their musical skills, including theory, composition, and performance.
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for effective education.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for a holistic approach to music education.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in music or a related field.
- Teaching certification or license (optional).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a similar setting.
- Advanced drum instruction skills and proficiency in teaching guitar at a beginner level.
- Effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for music education and a commitment to continuous learning.
