- **Kindly note that our company is still new (no cashflow yet), **_so this position's salary will be between 3k to 5k (covering your expenses for the company such as gasoline and telephone bills) + _**an extra good commission per project (you will take it cash from the first payment to the company)**_, however, salary will be discussed in the interview.

We are a new contracting,





technical services and maintenance company based in Dubai, however, we are looking for a projects manager and assistant to the CEO (**office & site experienced engineer), **must be a Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of **UAE** experience in handling a construction projects from the tendering stage (pricing) to turnkey stage of the project, he/she will assist the CEO in Handling and managing the company + attending at site as required to manage our projects there as well.
- **Therefore, the required experience must be mandatory on the following areas**:_
- Site experience (mandatory) from A to Z at site with good management skills.
- Project tendering / full pricing
- Building materials and local market experience
- Able to solve problems in a timely manner
- Construction supervision
- Project management
- Budget and cost management
- operations management
- Resource Management
- Manpower Planning
- UAE experience is a must (min. 10 years)

Briefly,





we need an experienced UAE construction Senior Civil Engineering Manager who worked in a building contracting company and familiar with the projects operation phases and experienced engineer (specially in a contracting company) in all procedures at office works + site works as well, requirements and resources required in executing and handling of a construction project from A to Z (from the pricing stage to the turnkey of a project):

- Must have experience in dealing with multiple clients, developing relationships and leading projects simultaneously.
- Manage projects within specified scope, schedule and budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
- They have strong technical skills and can review drawings, administrative skills including budgeting,





writing scope writing proposals, writing addition services that handle scheduling and handling invoices.
- Preparing and submitting the estimated budget for the construction project.
- Responsible for the whole project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project HR, closing, etc.
- Coordination between client, site, subcontractors and suppliers. Negotiating prices with sub-suppliers and various project stakeholders.
- Previous experience managing subcontractors including scope negotiation.
- To have previous experience in dealing with subcontractor agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate the skills, attitudes, attendance, etc. of the workforce monthly to improve their performance on site.






- Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed on site.

**The responsibilities should be as follows**:

- You will be hands on and experienced in construction with excellent commercial awareness.
- Increase profits and manage budgets.
- **Report directly to the CEO.**:

- **Attending the company construction sites and manage the works there form A to Z.**:

- Identify and understand new creative ideas to help satisfy clients' construction projects
- Become an ambassador for the company to help find new business opportunities.
- Understanding of business processes and knowledge/product services.
- Create and mentor a diverse and effective leadership team.
- Improve and maintain operational standards.






- Committed to maintaining effective working relationships throughout the company.
- Manage all legal obligations, compliance and warranties.
- To oversee financial budgets, coordinate contractors and manage the construction process and be responsible for organizing schedules, tracking inventory and ordering and managing materials.
- Oversee construction projects from concept to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and construction regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors and construction team to meet contractual performance terms
- Preparing external and internal reports related to the job status, daily progress, estimates and outputs.
- Negotiating and managing draft construction contracts and bids on projects,





obtaining permits for analysis and mitigation risks.
- Communicate with the responsible authorities to ensure quality construction exceeds company and proper standards industry technologies and processes are used, while ensuring that the client's needs and wants are met efficiently he met.
