** URGENT PROPERTY SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIRED IN A REAL ESTATE AGENCY COMPANY **
- Deep ability for negotiating and closing deals.
- **Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in UAE.**
- **Background on the UAE Real Estate industry.**
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Deal Negotiation: Evaluate property listings, arrange property viewings, and negotiate deals to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Keep up to track the payments for each unit & preparing a proper report.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Source / generate leads by active networking and relationship building. Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients.
- Able to create attractive property listings on a different platform that highlight the unique features of each property. This involves taking photographs, writing descriptions, and creating marketing materials.
- UAE driving License is a must.
- **Salary**: To be discussed upon interview

**Salary**: AED5.00 - AED10.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- sales in UAE REAL ESTATE FIELD?: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Arabic or any other languages? (preferred)
License/Certification:
