Call Center Executive (Male - Arabic Speaker)

Looking for an experienced call center executive (Arabic Male) for our service center situated in Dubai Investment Park. The person must have at least 4 years experience in doing the responsibilities as under:

- Receiving the calls of customers and assisting them
- Receiving the customer and take the products from them for servicing support
- Completing necessary documentation in collection of products for servicing from customers
- Coordination with technicians and customers for the products serviced in the service center.
- Sending the products after repair to concerned persons/locations
- Attending to the customers enquiries
- Doing necessary documentation entries in the ERP system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent







Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Call Center work: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
