**PINNACLE Innovation & Education**, a unique Training Company in Dubai is on the hunt for experienced, customer-oriented **Telesales Executive** to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling customers and updating them about the company's services, or seasonal fest/camps.
- Addressing any customer queries and complaints
- Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences






- Maintaining and updating database with customer information
- Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target
- Creating and presenting detailed sales reports
- Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities
- Assisting the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies
- Monitoring KPIs and sales achievements
- Analyzing and presenting competitor sales activities
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offers
- Assisting in facilitating future sales
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.






- Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a Admin & Telesales Executive
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
