We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Real Estate Administrator** to join in our growing company. If you have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in real estate, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!**
- Preparing forms e.g. A, B, F etc.
- Preparing tenancy contracts
- Excellent filling and record keeping
- Developer registration, renewals, and gathering materials
- Learn and keep up to date with all new RERA regulations in compliance with UAE Laws related to Real Estate.
- Issuing commission invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Registering with developers for new projects
- Compiling and managing property listings
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- DLD & RERA permit generation for online advertising & other
- Preparing listings, including verification and Trakheesi Permits
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
