Luxury Estates Real Estate is currently hiring Experienced Real Estate Agents to join our amazing team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Mandate sales experience in off-plan / secondary sales
- Well versed with UAE Real Estate market knowledge
- Multi lingual with proven 2-3 years experience into real estate as a property advisor
- Ability to network and make good rapport with existing accounts and source new accounts
- Willingness to earn and can start working on commission basis
- Sales target driven role
- Experience in leasing properties
- Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle

**DUTIES AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT**
- Determine client’s property requirements and financial abilities to recommend the right property investment
- Perform comparative market analysis and proposed estimated selling or rental price of property
- Source new property listings everyday and update regular report to the management
- Request documents from property and prepare documents for sales deal and advertisements
- Well versed with the latest RERA rules and property transfers

**Salary**: Up to AED72,000.00 per year
