Licensing Officer (Doh/dha/moh)

Handle the DOH Licensing; Credentialing, and Examination process
- Keeping track of the DOH license status for all healthcare professionals;
- Initiate communication with healthcare professionals for timely submission of necessary documents;
- Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and DOH requirements within the specified guidelines;
- Coordinate with the healthcare professionals using proper communication channel for timely processing of documents prior to expiry and update them regularly about the status of license renewal;
- Prepare and submit reports with valid and “in-process of renewal” licenses and updating the HR Manager and departmental managers;






- Liaises with HR Officer and PRO to collect all the required documents for the credentialing process;
- Be actively involved in the quality improvement activities within the HR Department;
- Adhere to company policies in general;
- Maintain professional confidentiality at all times;
**Position Requirements**:

- At least 2years of related knowledge and experience of DOH and Dataflow processes
- Must possess good communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Positive attitude and collaborative diligent approach;
- Ability to effectively work under pressure;
- Customer service orientated.

**Skills**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledgeable of the requirements and whole process of Data flow/Re-data flow and DOH licensing submissions.
- Knowledge of MOH/DHA/DHCC Licensing is a plus.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Good time-management skills.
- Initiative at work.
- Flexible with a positive attitude.
- Willing/Currently located in Abu Dhabi.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Licensing Officer: 3 years (preferred)
