**Immediate Hiring**
- **Content Creation & Posting**:
Develop, design, and schedule compelling social media content, including posts, stories, and videos, that promote events, promotions, and discounts.
Create and curate high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the brand's voice and style.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Management**:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase attendance at events and drive sales through promotions and discounts.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaborative Coordination**:
Work closely with the Outlet Manager and other relevant team members to ensure all social media activities are aligned with the outlet's marketing objectives.
Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and other vendors as necessary to produce content.
- **Audience Engagement**:
Foster community engagement by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to ensure the bar/club stays relevant and competitive.
**SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities with attention to detail.
