Digital Marketing Sales

**Job description**

We are looking for a female salesperson with fluent in English and Arabic to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The role is to create business opportunities with new prospects, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in clients success
- Pitch clients and do cold calls
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our clients to identify opportunities for growth within our platform






- Manage all reporting about the health of clients accounts
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing clients account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

**Qualifications**
- Previous sales experience 3 years in the digital marketing agency in Dubai
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel

**Requirement and Skills**
- Proven work experience as a sales in digital marketing space, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate,





present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
