Call Center Agent - Outbound Sales

Our team is looking for a **Call Centre Agent** to do **Outbound Sales Calling** for our company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Serve as a link between the customers and the company through providing customer support on the phone
- Offer technical support
- Engage decision making in conversations regarding the services or lead generation which plays a key role in the growth and expansion of the business
- Update and maintain prospect database on a daily basis
- Places outbound sales calls to prospects
- Evaluate risks utilizing underwriting rules and guidelines in order to bind coverages






- Will use the provided systems to call existing customers for the purpose of ensuring complete customer satisfaction and optimizing the customer's current and future products and services use through fact finding, active listening, and solution selling
- **Meet sales quotas **and **revenue targets**, and provide a superior customer experience
- Conduct initial and follow-up telephone calls to build a relationship, increase customer loyalty and product distribution while maintaining established customer call frequency schedules

**Salary**: Up to AED5,000 including commission

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Call Centre: 2 years (required)
