**Position: Estimator (FF&E;) - Luxury Residential and Procurement**

**Job Summary**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.**:

- Proven experience as an **FF&E; Estimator in luxury residential projects.**:

- Professional certifications in estimating or related fields.
- Familiarity with **procurement processes and supply chain management.**:

- Experience working with high-profile clients in the luxury residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of **high-end furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.**:

- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in **estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.**:

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**1. Cost Estimation**:

- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and design documents to identify FF&E; requirements.
- Estimate the cost of luxury furnishings, fixtures,





and equipment based on project scope and design specifications.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends, pricing, and availability of high-end materials and products.

**2. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design concepts and project goals.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to gather quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Participate in regular project meetings to provide cost-related insights and updates.

**3. Budget Management**:

- Develop and maintain detailed cost breakdowns for FF&E; components.
- Assist in the development and management of project budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and financial constraints.






- Provide cost analysis reports to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

**4. Vendor Negotiation**:

- Negotiate pricing with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality and design standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to leverage partnerships for favorable pricing and terms.

**5. Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, proposals, and bid documents.
- Maintain organized records of all cost-related information, including contracts, quotes, and correspondence with vendors.

**6. Quality Assurance**:

- Evaluate and compare different product options to ensure quality standards are met.






- Collaborate with the quality control team to address any discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

- Estimator: 4 years (required)
- luxury residential projects: 4 years (required)
- Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment: 3 years (required)
- Estimation Software: 2 years (required)
