**JOB DESCRIPTION - Business Development Executive**

Location: Exchange Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Generate leads, negotiate terms, close sales deals and achieve targets.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs, provide ongoing support to onboarded clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tailor product presentations and proposals to address the specific requirements of clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT infrastructure industry.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
- Understand how the products meet the needs and solve the challenges of potential customers.
- Be able to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Analyze competitors and be aware of industry benchmarks.
- Provide feedback to the company based on market intelligence.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer information.
- Work closely with technical teams and other departments to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
