**Job Summary**

As a Villa Host, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to guests staying at our luxury villa. Your primary duties include managing daily operations, ensuring the villa is prepared and maintained to the highest standards, and providing personalized services to meet guests' needs. You will act as the main point of contact for guests and be responsible for creating a memorable and seamless experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Services**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and professional welcome.






- Conduct property tours and familiarize guests with villa amenities and features.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Arrange for personalized services such as transportation, excursions, and dining reservations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay and handle any issues that arise.
- **Property Management**:

- Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of the villa.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff to ensure the villa is in excellent condition.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure the villa is well-stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Manage inventory of villa supplies, including linens, toiletries, and kitchen essentials.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and managing reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and any incidents.
- Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, villa condition, and staff performance.






- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate special events, such as private dinners, celebrations, or activities, as requested by guests.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution of events.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure that all health and safety standards are followed, including proper handling of food and maintenance of emergency protocols.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure the villa complies with local regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a luxury hospitality or similar guest-facing role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.






- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and use of office equipment.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Fluency in [languages required], both written and spoken.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of high-end property maintenance and management.
- Certification in first aid or hospitality management.
