Executive Assistant/personal Assistant (Female)

Zen Film Productions is a Dubai based boutique film and video production SME that focuses on creating and curating content ranging from films, corporate videos, music videos and more for Middle Eastern and Asian markets. We are currently scouting for an all rounder Receptionist (Female)to assist our female CEO, a renowned Dubai based director, producer and public figure, and the female in-house team in admin, clerical and other duties.

We are basically looking for a Dubai based individual who can:

- Assist the CEO at her home or office for home-based or clerical duties (this could include grocery shopping, medicine running errands, book-keeping, administering medication).






- Procure or communicate information or items required for shoots, media activities and other events.
- Accompany and communicate with the team for shoots, events, and other tasks as and when necessary.
- Speak and write advanced level English.
- Should be able to negotiate and pitch our services to potential clients and businesses partners.
- Work with a team in commercial and/or flexible working arrangements e.g. home office, co-working spaces in Al Barsha area.

Experience in sales, marketing, film or events management is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
