We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and oversee our food and beverage operations. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage outlets. You will oversee daily activities, manage staff, ensure high standards of service, and maintain a positive dining experience for our guests.





Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in managing operations, driving guest satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Train, mentor, and manage food and beverage staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for busy periods.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
- **Guest Service**:

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and addressing guest concerns promptly.
- Oversee the quality of food and beverages served and ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded.






- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage operations.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue and costs, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Conduct regular audits of cash handling and revenue reporting.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a cohesive approach to service and product delivery.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to coordinate guest needs and special requests.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and menu changes.

**Qualifications**:







- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including service standards, health and safety regulations, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisine and beverage trends is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Culinary or hospitality management degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a luxury or high-volume dining establishment.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation.
