We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager / Content Creator to elevate our brand's online presence. This role involves crafting engaging content, managing social media accounts, and driving growth through strategic campaigns and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor trends and optimize content.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling graphics, videos, and posts. Plan and schedule content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, handle messages, and foster community relationships. Manage campaigns and promotions.
- Performance Analysis:
Track metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support integrated marketing efforts and manage multiple projects efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- 2 Years of Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong portfolio and proficiency in social media tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication, creative skills, and organizational abilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing software.
