About Us:
At Pastry Boutique, we believe in creating unforgettable dining experiences with delicious and beautifully crafted desserts. We’re seeking a passionate Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team and elevate our dessert offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop innovative dessert recipes.
- Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen.
- Train and manage pastry staff, ensuring high standards.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure all pastries are prepared and presented to our standards.
- Collaborate with the head chef to design seasonal menus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Creativity and a passion for desserts.
