Full job description

Salary range 1800 AED to 2000 AED + Overtime payment+ Free accommodation and transportation

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related documents in both physical and electronic formats.
- Maintain document control registers and ensure documents are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Should have very good experience on preparing of time sheet, material order
- Proficient typing and editing skills

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.





additional certifications in inventory management or document control are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry in UAE.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
