Job Summary: Telecom - Etisalat

We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to drive our company's growth. This role focuses on proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by targeting new customers and expanding the company’s client base. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to hunt for new business, build lasting relationships with clients, and achieve or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and industry knowledge are essential for success.

Timing: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:Business Development and Lead Generation:

- Actively identify and target new customers and untapped markets.
- Work independently to generate leads through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and foster strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements to provide tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
- Proactively manage and resolve client inquiries to ensure smooth sales processes.

Sales Presentations and Closing Deals:

- Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and effectively close deals to meet targets.






- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Achieving Sales Targets:

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Adjust sales strategies based on feedback from clients and market trends.

Industry and Product Expertise:

- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry innovations.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer clients the best solutions.
- Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on market needs.

Team Collaboration and Strategic Planning:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.






- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Actively participate in team discussions to shape and refine the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.
- A proactive approach to sales with the ability to work independently and hunt for new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the telecom sector is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.

Work Environment:

- This role requires travel to meet with clients and attend relevant events.
- Flexibility in working hours may be needed to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
