Illuminations Wellbeing Center is a premier holistic wellness center dedicated to enhancing the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our clients. Established in Dubai, we offer a wide range of services, including hypnotherapy, meditation, energy healing, and more, helping our community achieve balance and fulfillment.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive with a passion for wellness and experience in customer service and funnel marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales,
exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. They will also be familiar with funnel marketing strategies to optimize customer journeys and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for Illuminations services and products, including workshops, retreats, and wellness consultations, to meet and exceed targets.
- Engage with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized support to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create, manage, and optimize sales funnels and email marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and converting leads.
- Manage client inquiries and follow up on leads through various communication channels (phone, email, and in-person) to maximize engagement.
- Track and analyze customer behavior and preferences, utilizing data insights to enhance the customer experience and improve retention rates.
- Participate in wellness events and activities to build relationships and promote the brand’s offerings.
- Assist with developing strategies to grow and manage our client base through targeted campaigns and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement of sales and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience from initial inquiry to service deliver.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or funnel marketing, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for the wellness industry and a genuine desire to help clients achieve personal growth and transformation.
