Designation: Retail Sales Associate [Sports Showroom]
Monthly Compensation AED 2500 To AED 3000
We are urgently hiring a Retail sales associate for our Sports Shop in Dubai. If you are active with an interest in sports and have confidence in contributing to sales in sports retail, you are the right candidate for this role.
Job Description:
- Assists customers by helping them select products.
- Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers’ questions/queries
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Upsell and cross-sell.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining the Retail hygiene and ambiance.
Requirement
· 1-2 years of sales experience in Sports Retail (Mandatory).
· understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
· Proficient in verbal and written English language, Arabic is a plus point.
· Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
· Customer service focus
· Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
· Microsoft office knowledge required (excel, word & emails)
