Auditing Manager with 3+ years of experience in a senior position responsible for collecting financial reports, conducting internal audits, overseeing compliance efforts, managing external audit processes, reviewing accounting records, collaborating with finance teams, preparing financial reports, and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect financial reports and statements from all subsidiary companies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls,
operational efficiencies, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Oversee compliance efforts to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, financial reporting standards, and corporate governance principles.
- Review accounting records and bookkeeping activities across subsidiaries, identifying discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams to streamline accounting processes, optimize financial reporting systems, and enhance overall financial transparency.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making and business planning initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance, applying relevant insights to improve financial operations and mitigate risks.
- Qualification-
- CA or ACCA qualified professional.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in accounting, auditing, or financial management roles, preferably within an international company or multi-entity environment.
- Proficiency in Software.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated expertise in internal auditing, compliance management, and external audit coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, analytical problem-solving abilities,
and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and decision-making.
