DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a real estate agent with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them buy, sell, and rent properties.

Russian and Chinese Speakers only
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online marketing.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to potential buyers or renters.
- Assist clients in negotiating and closing real estate deals.
- Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends and property values.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the local market.
- Valid real estate license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
