**Description**

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party platforms.

Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically within Recruiting and Talent Management modules.

Develop and manage APIs for seamless integration with Oracle Fusion HCM.

Collaborate with business teams to gather and understand requirements, then translate them into scalable solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM.

Ensure compliance with data security standards and best practices.

**Requirements**:
1.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.

2.







Deep knowledge of Recruiting, Talent Management, and Payroll modules in Oracle Fusion.

3.

Proficiency in API development and integration, with a focus on Oracle Fusion’s API ecosystem.

4.

Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

5.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

6.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Desirable**

1.

Oracle Fusion HCM certification.

2.

Experience with third-party platform integrations with Oracle Fusion.

3.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and security in Oracle Fusion.
