Diesel Engine Mechanic Job Description

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience: Diploma in diesel mechanic

Requirements:

1. Should have experience of above 5 years in diesel engine overhauling and fault finding.
2. Strong knowledge of diesel engine driven fire pumps and understanding of the system.
3. Experience in horizontal split case centrifugal fire pump overhauling.
4. Experience in disassembly, assembly, and balancing of fire pumps.
5. Experience in using special tools and measuring instruments.
6. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, battery chargers, and related systems for the fire pump.
7. Experience in flow testing of the fire pump.
8. Knowledge of pressure relief valves, automated valve packages,





and pneumatic actuators.
9. Experience in servicing fire fighting systems and equipment.
10. Working in ADNOC onshore will be an added advantage.
