History and Achievements:
INOI was founded in 2016 by Estonian businessman Vassili Sibirtsev and Finnish entrepreneur Victor Dmitrienko. Starting in the CIS markets, the company successfully sold over 10 million devices.
In 2022, the company faced significant global changes, including economic upheavals and geopolitical conflicts, as well as the loss of one of its founders, Victor, who passed away from brain cancer.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional and organized Graphic Designer to support our creative team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of design tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of our design operations and maintaining excellent standards in all forms of visual communication and teamwork.
Language Requirement:
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce graphic content & animations for various media (e.g., product collaterals, websites, social media, advertisements).
- Uphold brand guidelines across all visual design elements.
- Work with diverse teams to meet visual communication needs.
- Modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Developing templates that can be used by other team members.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, supported by a portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- Ability to generate original design concepts and visuals.
- Ensuring all design elements are cohesive and aligned with objectives.
- Ability to articulate design concepts and accept feedback constructively.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Openness to adopting new design techniques and tools.
- 3D design/animation skills will be an advantage.
