Plan & execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, social media and display campaigns.
* Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
* Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
* Optimize the user experience.
* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & customer touch points.
* Provide thought leadership & perspective for the adoption of new technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze our existing blog content and identify opportunities for improvement to increase organic traffic.
- Own every element of your program.
- Design digital marketing campaigns to generate leads for SaaS businesses.
- End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in the customer acquisition journey.
- Identify areas of improvement.
- Run keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Use marketing tools to set up landing pages, emails, and CTAs.
- Long-term brand-building initiatives.
- Short-term brand awareness campaigns.
- Craft enablement content including case studies, articles, short copy for landing pages, pitch decks, videos, and more for our targeted audience.
- Conduct audits of existing content to find gaps and brainstorm new opportunities.
- Create, implement, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Audit and optimize blog content for better performance in search engines as well as to drive more conversions to our products and content offers.
- Manage budgets and pacing to ensure spending limits.
- Plan, execute and report on all digital ad campaigns (i.e., paid social, paid search, review sites, etc.)
in support of our direct response advertising efforts across the various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results.
Job Requirements
Understanding of data flow, data funnels, and how to assess user behavior with data and find actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Moengage, Clevertap, Web Engage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to have deep empathy for users and to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage and work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, market analysis,
and competitive analysis.
- Managing digital brand awareness, organic reach increase, ROI on digital (and influencer) campaigns, social media traffic (views, reach, lift %).
