Job Overview:
You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, managing a team of marketing professionals, and contributing to the company's growth and brand visibility in the competitive real estate market in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and revenue goals. Ensure all marketing efforts are in line with the brand's vision and values.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals, and providing guidance to achieve exceptional results. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
3. Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines. Maintain brand integrity across all marketing collateral.
4. Digital Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management. Ensure a strong online presence and engagement.
5. Content Strategy: Develop and maintain a content strategy that delivers valuable and relevant content through various channels, such as blogs,
social media, and newsletters, to attract and retain clients.
6. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales. Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
8. Budget Management: Responsible for the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a high return on investment.
9. Reporting and Analytics: Implement performance tracking systems and provide regular reports to the senior management team.
Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
10. Events and Sponsorships: Manage the company's participation in industry events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and engagement with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
