As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence. Position: General Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate,





and empower a team of department heads and staff to achieve high performance and service excellence.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial sustainability.
- Operational Oversight: Provide guidance and direction to department heads in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identify market opportunities, cultivate new business relationships, and negotiate contracts to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to the Managing Director.
- Compliance and Risk Management:





Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold corporate governance standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in the cleaning services industry or related field.
- Previous experience in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager or similar position.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities,





with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Reporting Line:
The General Manager will report directly to the Managing Director of PlusPoint Cleaning Services. Immediate Availability:
