Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have knowledge in hydraulic system design (fitting standard, component selection, flow calculation), familiar with Electro Hydraulic Steering system.
- Develop hydraulic system designs for vehicle chassis applications, including schematics, component selection, and integration.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings using CAD software.
- Perform hydraulic system simulations and analyses to validate designs and ensure optimal performance.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic principles and components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
- Proficiency in hydraulic circuit design and analysis.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Automotive Industry
- Solid proficiency in SolidWorks software.
- Certification in SolidWorks or relevant CAD software is a plus.
- Experience in the manufacturing or product development industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new technologies and methodologies.
