Job Description

· Assigning housekeeping/general cleaning tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.

· Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.

· Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping/general cleaning service.

· Providing training to the housekeeping/general cleaning staff.

· Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.

· Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping/general cleaning staff as needed.

· Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.

Housekeeping/General Cleaning Supervisor Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED.






- Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
- Working knowledge of housekeeping and general cleaning.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must have valid UAE license.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Housekeeping/cleaner supervisor with good track record in 5* hotels.

Experience:

- Housekeeping Supervisor: 3 years UAE Experience
- General Cleaning Supervisor: 3 Years UAE Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
